Deliveries & Returns
Deliveries to anywhere in the UK will be via the Royal Mail delivery service. Our standard delivery is 2nd Class and delivery time is normally 3-5 working days.
We aim to fulfil orders within 24 hours, however, as a charity we are dependent on our volunteers to fulfil the orders, so there may be a slight delay in despatching items.

Deliveries outside of the UK are shipped via the Royal Mail International Standard delivery service. Current rates are displayed and will be adjusted in the checkout window when you have chosen your region.
When filling out your delivery address, please make sure you include all delivery information. You must select your country from the drop-down list shown.
Please be aware that delivery times may be affected by the impact of the current Coronavirus pandemic. Please visit the Royal Mail website for updates.
You have a statutory legal right to return your purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we ask that you to return the item to us with details of why you are unhappy and please include your email address for further correspondence.
If you do post an item back to us please make sure you visit a Post Office and obtain a proof of postage receipt, we cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit.
We will review all returns and in the event that we approve a refund, we will email you to let you know when a refund has been processed.
As our Charity is staffed by volunteers please allow up to 30 days for your return to be dealt with.
For customers ordering from inside and outside of the UK, inbound postage and packaging charges will be at the cost of the customer.
